police community clubs of great britain

The Police Community Clubs of Great Britain aims to help provide a safer and more inclusive life for the most disadvantaged children and young people in our communities.

the PCCGB

The PCCGB is administered entirely by serving and retired police officers and Home Office staff. It has a national network of volunteer professionals to support the development and delivery of projects and a unique means of tapping into the ideas of children and young people.

education

Community Initiatives Associates publishes books on behalf of The Police and Community Clubs of Great Britain.

Based on themes surrounding 'Barney and Echo', we seek to educate children and their carers on numerous subjects. The books, aimed at key stage 1-2, introduce key PSHE topics and address difficult and sensitive subject areas.

citizenship

The Police Community Clubs of Great Britain supports projects and activities that tackle social exclusion, truancy, bullying, working with excluded pupils and many other community-based initiatives.

sport and leisure

Through established clubs, The Police and Community Clubs of Great Britain supports projects that seek to provide a stable environment for children and young people and which promote moral values.

Initiatives include sporting activities for community clubs that target particularly vulnerable or disadvantaged children.
